Additional costs may vary depending on the following criteria and accounts for our delivery/ setup/pack-down fees and are based on the distance of your event from our warehouse in Varsity Lakes. Please use the below as a guide only.
Up to 20km No additional fees

After hours:
8pm - 11 pm $100

Additional Costs that may apply
If we are required to access your function space by stairs or after hours, the following surcharges will apply on top of our standard delivery fees. Stairs more than 1 flight / No lift access: $100
Additional charges may also apply for events of over 100 guests, travel outside of metro areas, public holidays and finish times past 11pm, please get in touch for an exact quote for your specific date/ event and we will aim to be as flexible as possible for your special occasion.
